Bedtime reading recommendation

This is a reading recommendation from Jacqui.

Candida Cure is book on the causes and cures of yeast and fungal overgrowth, known as candida.

This is available from all book bookshops – but this is a link to Amazon if you prefer to buy on-line.   This link provides a further information about the book too.

Information sources

There are a lot of websites offering advice and information about fibromyalgia, fatigue and chronic pain conditions.   We include some we have found to be of particular interest in our links section.  If you come across a site that you think should be shared with other people, please email and let us know.

Getting out the message

Jacqui held another awareness day on 18th October 2017, this time in the entrance to Asda in Sutton.   There to meet people between 11.30am to 3pm and it was interesting how many times she spoke to someone who had a friend or family member with fibromyalgia.   The issues affecting people with fibromyalgia are becoming a little better recognised but there is still a long way to go.

It was heartening that we had so many positive conversations, distributed all our leaflets and got a few more people signed up for information about fibromyalgia and our local club, said Jacqui.

Plan for the colder weather

Whilst the days might not be too cold at the moment, it is worth planning ahead for the time things get a bit chilly.

The NHS provides some useful information about coping with the cold.
