Leap into action this leap year – there’s an exciting programme for February. Print off or download from this link 2016 February Events Calendar
We previously announced that we would be at Sutton Library on 18 February – we have had to change the date – it is now 11 February 2016 between 10am and 3pm. We will be in the Europa Gallery area and will be joined by Jackie Farrell who will be running a table about Essential Tremor. People with this condition can also have fibromyalgia so it makes sense to work together to raise awareness of both conditions.
Today’s walk on water, provided by Jo, from Sutton and East Surrey Water went down well. Thank you to Jo for coming to speak to our group today. I think it left us with a lot to think about.
Check out our programme of events; there is something happening each week and with variety of things to do there is something for everyone.
We will be at Sutton Library on 18 February 2016 between 10am and 3pm, providing information on fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions.
Pop along and have a chat with us – it would be great to see you.
There is a lot planned for January. Click on the following link for full details. 2016 January Events Calendar. Any questions, call the Helpline printed on the bottom of the programme sheets.
Here is our programme for October.
If you have any ideas about what you would like to see on the programme, please leave a comment.
We have a new Page – giving details of our programme of activities and events. The programme is divided into months and you can print-off the sheet and keep it to hand.
This is what we have planned for September.
We look forward to seeing you at some or all of the events.
Yesterday we went to a pub lunch at The Moon on the Hill, Sutton. It was a chance to celebrate the birthday of one of the members and just to get together.
After lunch it was back to SCILL where we took part in a mindfullness session with Jackie Farrell who promotes issues around Essential Tremor. We have found out that some people with fibromyalgia suffer from this condition too.
